This vintage card presents with significant corner rounding and notable edge wear across both sides. While the centering is shifted horizontally on the front, the physical condition of the corners is the primary factor determining the final grade.

The front has a noticeable left-heavy horizontal shift and a slight bias toward the bottom edge.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners show significant rounding and heavy wear. The Bottom Right corner shows a minor fold in the card stock. Back: The corners on the reverse side are heavily rounded with substantial whitening and fraying visible.
Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The Right edge exhibits significant chipping and several small nicks along the border. Back: Edges show consistent wear and minor chipping throughout the perimeter.
Surface: 4 / 10
Front: The front surface displays natural age-related toning and minor scuffing across the portrait area. Back: The reverse surface shows typical vintage yellowing and a few faint stains consistent with its age.
