The grade is primarily restricted by a light stain on the right-center area of the reverse surface. Additionally, the card features significant horizontal off-centering on both sides and moderate softening on the front Bottom Left corner.

Front centering is horizontally off-center, with the right border noticeably wider than the left border.
Corners: 4 / 10
Front: Bottom Left corner shows the heaviest wear with moderate softening of the tip, while the other corners remain quite sharp for a vintage issue. Back: All four corners show light vintage softening and minor wear at the tips, consistent with the age of the card stock.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: All edges are clean and well-preserved with only a minor touch of natural factory roughness on the bottom edge. Back: The reverse edges show typical minor pulp-cut roughness, particularly along the top edge, but no significant chipping.
Surface: 5 / 10
The reverse shows a light, localized stain on the right-center portion of the card stock next to the player biography text.
