Front: All four corners are heavily rounded with significant wear and loss of sharp edges. Back: The corners on the reverse side show extensive rounding and associated whitening.

Front: The left edge shows considerable chipping, while the other edges have moderate fraying and wear. Back: Heavy wear and chipping are visible along all edges, consistent with the age of the card.
Surface: 1 / 10
A major area of paper loss and residue is present in the center, likely from previous adhesive mounting.
