This is a high-quality vintage card with excellent surface preservation and strong edges. The final grade is determined by the centering shift toward the bottom right and very minor touches of wear on the bottom corners.

The front design is shifted toward the bottom and right edges.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The Top corners are very sharp. The Bottom corners show only minor touches of wear at the extreme tips. Back: The corners on the reverse side show slight traces of whitening consistent with handled vintage cardstock.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are clean and well-cut, with only a small amount of factory-related texture visible on the Right edge. Back: The reverse edges show minor chipping and light fraying, particularly along the Right side.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is exceptionally clean with vibrant colors and no visible scratches or print snow. Back: The back surface is very well-preserved, showing no signs of staining, wax marks, or aging.
