This is an exceptionally well-preserved vintage card that would otherwise merit a high grade based on its sharp corners, clean edges, and strong centering. However, the presence of ink writing on the back surface is a significant defect that limits the final grade to a mid-grade level.
Centering: 9 / 10
The front displays excellent centering, with a very slight preference toward the left edge.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The corners are remarkably sharp for this era. The Top Right corner shows a micro-touch of wear, while the others remain very crisp. Back: The corners on the reverse show minor touches of whitening consistent with light handling, particularly at the Top Left corner.
Edges: 8 / 10
The edges on the reverse side are generally clean, though there is some light, expected roughness along the Right edge.
Surface: 4 / 10
There is blue ink writing in the form of the letters 'BB' located at the top center of the card, near the card number.
