The grade is primarily dictated by the severe surface damage, specifically a prominent horizontal crease across the center of the card. This is further compounded by significant rounding on all four corners and a heavy centering shift toward the top edge.

Front: The card is noticeably shifted toward the Top Right, with the bottom white margin being much thicker than the top. Back: The centering on the reverse is slightly off-center toward the bottom.
Corners: 2 / 10
The reverse corners show heavy wear and rounding consistent with the front, with visible paper loss on the tips.
Edges: 3 / 10
The edges on the back show moderate to heavy whitening and minor fraying across all sides.
Surface: 2 / 10
A heavy horizontal crease runs across the center of the player's torso, and several smaller creases are visible in the bottom right area.
