This vintage card is well-preserved but limited to a mid-grade range due to the moderate rounding on all four corners and typical edge wear for a 1949 Bowman. The centering and surface remain strong components.

The front image is positioned slightly toward the top and left edges.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners show moderate rounding and visible whitening consistent with heavy handling. Back: The reverse corners exhibit significant softening and rounding across the board.
Edges: 6 / 10
Front: The edges show minor chipping and the natural roughness characteristic of 1940s paper stock. Back: The edges on the back show light wear and minor fraying at the midpoint of the right edge.
Surface: 6 / 10
Front: The surface presents well with natural age-toning and a few minor print imperfections. Back: The back has uniform toning and some very minor surface speckling, but remains legible and clean.
