A TED UHLAENDER from the 1970 TOPPS set, card #673. This is a great addition to any CLEVELAND INDIANS collection.
Graded by Mint Condition: 7
This 1970 Topps card is in excellent condition for its age, featuring a vibrant front surface and sharp corners. The final grade is primarily determined by the centering shift toward the top-left corner and the subtle corner wear visible under close inspection.
Centering: 7 / 10
The front is shifted toward the top and left, with the bottom border being significantly thicker than the top.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: The corners are very sharp for the era, though microscopic touches of wear are visible on the Bottom Right and Top Left tips. Back: The reverse corners show minor touches of whitening consistent with the front, particularly at the Top Left and Bottom Left.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The front edges are well-preserved with minor factory texture visible along the left side. Back: The reverse edges are clean and show no significant chipping or wear.
Surface: 9 / 10
The surface is bright and free of creases; a tiny, era-typical print dot is visible in the upper left background.
