The card presents well with sharp corners and edges for a vintage 1966 issue. The final assessment is primarily limited by the front surface, which shows a vertical indentation or light crease near the top edge, and significant vertical centering bias.

The front displays a significant vertical shift toward the bottom, with the top border being much thicker than the bottom.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: All four corners remain relatively sharp, though very minor touches of white are visible on the tips of the Top Right and Bottom Left corners. Back: The corners on the reverse show light evidence of handled wear, with slight micro-fuzzing at the Top Left corner.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are well-preserved for the era, with only minor rough-cut fraying visible along the Right edge. Back: The reverse edges are clean, showing standard minor shelf wear consistent with its age.
Surface: 5 / 10
A vertical surface line is visible near the top center, extending through the yellow border. Minor print dots are also present in the background area.
