This card is significantly impacted by severe surface damage, most notably the prominent paper loss on the reverse and several heavy creases throughout the card. While the centering is quite good for a 1941 issue, the structural integrity and surface condition limit the final assessment.

Front: The front displays excellent centering for the era, with almost perfectly balanced top and bottom borders. Back: The back centering appears stable on the plain cardboard stock.

Corners: 3 / 10
The corners on the reverse side show significant wear and rounding consistent with the front.

Edges: 3 / 10
Visible fraying and softening are present along all four edges of the back.

Surface: 1 / 10
There is a significant area of paper loss in the center and multiple deep creases across the card stock.
