The panel remains intact with decent centering and corners; however, the heavy horizontal crease through the center significantly impacts the technical condition and overall grade.

Centering: 7 / 10
Front: The front margins show a noticeable shift toward the right side and a slight shift toward the bottom. Back: The centering on the reverse side is excellent and nearly perfectly balanced.

Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The Top Left corner shows minor softening and a very small touch of wear. The remaining corners appear relatively sharp. Back: Minor rounding and a touch of paper loss are visible on the Top Right corner of the reverse.

Edges: 8 / 10
The Left edge shows some minor roughness and tiny chipping along the white border. The other edges are clean.

Surface: 3 / 10
Front: A prominent horizontal crease runs across the entire center of the panel, following the perforation line between the stamps. Back: The horizontal crease is clearly visible through the center of the back, accompanied by mild age-related toning.
