While the card presents reasonably well from the front for a 1941 issue, the severe paper loss on the back surface is a major structural defect that limits the final grade to the lowest tier.

The card has a noticeable shift toward the top-left portion of the frame.

Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit significant rounding and wear consistent with its age. The Bottom Right corner shows the most pronounced softening. Back: Corners on the reverse side are rounded and show light fraying of the card stock.

Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The edges show moderate toning and minor chipping throughout, particularly along the Top and Bottom edges. Back: The edges on the back show similar toning and age-related wear as seen on the front.

Surface: 1 / 10
The center of the back surface has a significant area of paper loss, likely resulting from the card being removed from an album or adhesive.
