This 1969 stamp panel is in extraordinary condition for its age. It is held back from a higher grade primarily by the horizontal centering shift to the left and the minor age-related toning visible on the reverse surface. The corners and edges remain in high-grade condition.

Centering: 7 / 10
Front: The front display is shifted toward the left edge, with the left border being roughly half the width of the right border. Back: The back centering is balanced relative to the perforation guides.

Corners: 9 / 10
The corners are remarkably sharp for the era, with only a microscopic touch of wear visible on the Top Right corner.

Edges: 9 / 10
The edges are straight and well-preserved, showing only natural light roughness at the very Top edge.

Surface: 8 / 10
The reverse side shows some light, natural foxing or age-toning spots which are common for paper stock of this age.
