A BOB GIBSON from the 1965 TOPPS set, card #69. This is a great addition to any ST. LOUIS CARDINALS collection.
Graded by Mint Condition: 2
The grade is heavily impacted by significant surface damage, specifically a prominent horizontal crease that breaks the surface through the center of the card. Additionally, the severe rounding on all four corners and edge chipping contribute to the lower assessment, despite relatively good horizontal centering.
Centering: 7 / 10
The horizontal centering is excellent, while the vertical centering is shifted toward the top edge.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show significant rounding and visible wear to the cardstock. The Bottom Left corner shows a small amount of peeling. Back: The reverse corners mirror the rounding and whitening seen on the front, with the Top Right and Bottom Right corners showing the most wear.
Edges: 3 / 10
Moderate chipping and fraying are visible along all four edges of the gold border.
Surface: 1 / 10
A heavy horizontal crease is visible across the center of the image, and a secondary crease is located near the Bottom Left corner. General surface scuffing is present throughout the gold foil.
