This card exhibits high-end appeal with sharp corners and a clean surface. The final grade is primarily constrained by the off-center alignment on both the front and back, as well as minor edge chipping characteristic of the 1970 Topps black-bordered design.

The front displays a moderate shift toward the top and right borders.
Corners: 9 / 10
The corners are remarkably sharp for this era, with only the Bottom Right corner showing a microscopic touch of wear.
Edges: 8 / 10
The black borders show some very minor chipping, particularly along the left edge, which is typical for this issue.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The surface is exceptionally clean with excellent print quality and no visible scratches or creases. Back: The reverse surface is clean and well-maintained.
