1970 TOPPS JUAN MARICHAL 67 ERA LEADERS STEVE CARLTON BOB GIBSON PHILLIES MCG 4

A BOB GIBSON from the 1970 TOPPS set, card #67. This is a great addition to any San Francisco Giants collection.

Graded by Mint Condition: 4

The card is in exceptional physical condition with sharp corners and clean surfaces that would otherwise command a high grade. However, the significant horizontal centering shift on the front limits the overall grade to a 6. Given the pristine nature of the other attributes, it is a strong candidate for an off-center qualifier.

Centering: 3 / 10
The front displays a pronounced left-to-right shift. The top and bottom borders are well-proportioned.

Corners: 10 / 10
Front: All four corners appear sharp and retain their original point with no visible whitening. Back: The corners on the reverse are remarkably well-preserved for a vintage issue.

Edges: 10 / 10
Front: The edges are clean and free of the chipping often associated with the grey borders of this set. Back: All four edges on the reverse are smooth and exhibit no significant wear.

Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The surface is clean with vibrant colors and no visible print defects or scratches. Back: The reverse surface is free of staining or wax marks, maintaining excellent clarity.
