This 1955 Topps card is in excellent condition. The primary factors limiting the grade are the moderate top-left centering shift and minor touches on the upper corners. The surface and edges remain in high-grade condition for a vintage issue.
Centering: 7 / 10
Front: The front displays a noticeable shift toward the top and left edges. Back: The reverse side is very well centered with nearly equal borders.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: Minor touches and light whitening are visible on the Top Left and Top Right corners. The bottom corners appear sharp. Back: The upper corners show slight softening consistent with the front, while the lower corners remain crisp.
Edges: 8 / 10
Very minor chipping and light wear are present along the woodgrain edges, which is typical for this era of card stock.
Surface: 9 / 10
The surface maintains excellent color and gloss. A few tiny print specks are visible in the background sky area, but no creases are present.
