This vintage rookie card is held to a grade of 4 primarily due to moderate rounding on the top corners and significant vertical off-centering on the front. The black borders typical of this set show expected light chipping, while the surfaces remain in relatively good condition for its age.
Centering: 3 / 10
The front shows a heavy shift toward the top, with the top border being considerably thinner than the bottom.
Corners: 4 / 10
Front: The Top Left and Top Right corners show moderate rounding and visible whitening. The bottom corners remain relatively square but show light touches of wear. Back: All four corners on the reverse exhibit soft rounding and light whitening consistent with the front.
Edges: 6 / 10
The sensitive black borders show several instances of chipping, most notably along the Top and Left edges.
Surface: 8 / 10
Front: The central photograph is clean and bright. Some very fine surface scratches are visible on the black border areas. Back: The back surface is clean with no major stains or creases, showing only light natural toning.
