This is a high-grade example of a difficult vintage issue. The corners, edges, and surfaces are in elite condition, but the final grade is limited by the centering of the black borders on the front.

The front displays a notable shift towards the top edge, while the left border is slightly thicker than the right.
Corners: 10 / 10
Front: All four front corners are exceptionally sharp, maintaining their original points with no visible whitening. Back: The corners on the reverse are equally pristine and sharp.
Edges: 9 / 10
The sensitive black edges are in remarkable condition, with only a few microscopic specks of chipping visible on the Right edge.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The front surface is very clean, showing no scratches or print defects, which is impressive for this issue. Back: The reverse surface is clean and the text is perfectly legible with no staining.
