Front centering is vertically off-center, with the top border noticeably wider than the bottom border.

All four corners exhibit moderate rounding and softening consistent with vintage wear, with the Top Left corner showing the heaviest wear.

The reverse edges show light chipping and minor paper fuzzing, particularly on the right green-bordered edge.

The front surface is clean and colorful, but features a light vertical scratch near the Top Left section running through the Goalie text.
