Despite having corner and edge quality consistent with a much higher grade, the final assessment is governed by the significant dark staining observed on the back surface.

The front centering is quite strong horizontally, though there is a clear vertical shift toward the bottom edge.

Front: All four corners on the front are remarkably sharp and well-preserved for a vintage issue. Back: The corners on the back of the card appear sharp and free of any visible whitening or rounding.
Edges: 10 / 10
Front: The edges display the typical slightly rough cut characteristic of O-Pee-Chee cards from this era but show no chipping. Back: The reverse edges are clean and well-defined across all four sides.
Surface: 4 / 10
There is a prominent dark area of discoloration or heavy staining covering much of the lower third of the reverse side.
