This 1953 Topps Bob Oldis is in excellent condition for its age. The primary limiting factors are the centering, which falls within vintage standards for a high grade, and minor corner touches. The surfaces are remarkably clean, retaining great eye appeal.
Centering: 7 / 10
The front design is slightly shifted toward the top and right edges.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The corners are quite sharp for the era, with only minor touches of wear visible upon close inspection. Back: Minor touches and slight whitening are present at the corner tips.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The top edge shows some minor, age-appropriate roughness, while the other edges are relatively clean. Back: Light chipping is visible along the left edge of the reverse side.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is excellently preserved with vibrant colors and no visible scratches or creases. Back: The back is clean and free of any wax stains or significant print defects.
