This 1969 Topps Jim Nance is in spectacular Mint condition. The centering is well within standards for a high-grade assessment, and the corners and edges are remarkably well-preserved for a card of this era. The surface is virtually flawless, retaining original luster and clarity.
Centering: 9 / 10
Front: Horizontal centering slightly favors the left side, while vertical centering is slightly heavy toward the bottom. Back: The reverse centering is very well-balanced and similar to the front alignment.
Corners: 9 / 10
The corners are exceptionally sharp for a vintage issue, with only a microscopic touch of wear visible on the Bottom Left tip.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The edges are straight and clean, showing only the typical minor factory roughness along the Bottom edge. Back: The reverse edges are sharp and exhibit consistent color with very minor factory-appropriate shelf wear.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The surface is in remarkable condition with bright colors, deep gloss, and no visible print defects or scratches. Back: The reverse surface is exceptionally clean and notable for the absence of common vintage wax staining.
