This vintage Jim Butler card is in exceptional condition. The corners and surfaces are nearly pristine, which is rare for the 1970 Topps set. While the centering is slightly off, it falls well within the tolerances for a high-grade specimen from this era.

The centering shows a minor shift toward the top right, but remains quite strong for a vintage issue.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The corners are remarkably sharp for a card of this age, with only the Bottom Right corner showing a minute touch of wear. Back: Corners on the reverse are well-defined and show only minimal softening consistent with careful storage.
Edges: 10 / 10
Front: The edges are extremely clean and free of the chipping often seen in this set. Back: All four edges on the back are sharp and show no signs of fraying or shelf wear.

Front: The front surface is bright and clear, with no visible scratches, print snow, or surface indentations. Back: The back is exceptionally clean and lacks any common wax stains or age-related toning.
