This 1970 Topps Dave Parks is an exceptional vintage specimen with high-grade technical attributes, including sharp corners and a very clean surface. The final condition estimate is limited primarily by the centering on the front, which is shifted toward the bottom-right, though it remains within the tolerances for a high-quality vintage grade.

The front has a strong shift toward the bottom-right corner, leaving the top and left borders much wider.
Corners: 9 / 10
Front: All four corners remain impressively sharp and well-defined, showing minimal signs of handling for a vintage issue. Back: The corners on the reverse side are crisp with very little evidence of touch or whitening.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The edges are clean and well-preserved, with no significant chipping or wear along the perimeter. Back: The reverse edges show excellent consistency and lack any noticeable fraying.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is bright and free of creases. A minor localized print mark is visible in the gold field near the Top Right corner. Back: The back surface is exceptionally clean, retaining strong color and showing no signs of wax stains or damage.
