This 1970 Topps Dave Parks is in Excellent-Mint condition. The primary factors determining the grade are the vertical centering shift on the front and a minor touch of wear on the top left corner. The surfaces and edges remain exceptionally high-quality for a card of this vintage.

The front shows a clear vertical shift with a much thinner top border compared to the bottom.
Corners: 8 / 10
The Top Left corner shows a minor touch of wear. The other three corners are remarkably sharp for the era.
Edges: 8 / 10
The Left edge displays minor chipping and roughness typical of vintage card stock.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is bright and clean; a tiny print dot is visible in the top right border area. Back: The back surface is exceptionally well-preserved with light, uniform toning characteristic of its age.
