This 1970 Topps card is in exceptional condition for its age. The final grade is primarily limited by the vertical centering on the front, which is slightly bottom-heavy. Aside from minor factory edge roughness, the corners and surfaces are consistent with a high-end collector's copy.

The horizontal centering is nearly perfect, while the top border is moderately thicker than the bottom.
Corners: 9 / 10
Front: The corners are remarkably sharp for a vintage issue, with only a microscopic touch of wear on the Bottom Right corner. Back: All four corners on the reverse are well-defined and show minimal signs of handling.
Edges: 8 / 10
The edges are generally clean, though there is some light factory-typical roughness along the Left edge.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface maintains a high-quality gloss and the colors are vibrant with no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The back surface is exceptionally clean and free from any wax staining or age-related toning.
