The final grade is primarily constrained by a significant area of surface paper loss at the top center of the front. While the card retains excellent centering for a vintage 1941 issue, the heavy rounding of the corners and general surface wear place it in the lower condition bracket.

The front displays excellent centering with just a very slight shift toward the left edge.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit significant rounding and wear, losing their original sharp points. Back: The corners on the reverse side show heavy softening and visible fiber wear.
Edges: 4 / 10
Front: All edges show uniform wear and minor chipping, with a few small nicks along the top and right sides. Back: The edges on the back show moderate fraying and age-related darkening along the perimeter.
Surface: 2 / 10
A large area of surface paper loss is present at the top center of the card. General age-toning and light scuffing are also visible.
