This 1957 Topps specimen boasts impressive surface and edge quality for its age. The final grade is primarily constrained by the centering, which is noticeably off-center on the front and severely shifted on the back. The corners show only the lightest signs of wear, typical of a well-preserved vintage card.

The front is well-centered vertically but shows a strong shift toward the left edge.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: The Top Left and Top Right corners show very minor touches of wear. The bottom corners remain relatively sharp for the era. Back: All four corners on the reverse show slight softening and micro-wear consistent with typical handling.
Edges: 8 / 10
The Top edge shows some light roughness and minor chipping, while the remaining edges are smooth.
Surface: 9 / 10
The back surface is very clean, showing only a few tiny print specks common to mid-century card stock.
