This 1965 checklist presents in remarkably well-preserved physical condition with sharp corners and clean edges. However, it has been used for its intended purpose, with extensive ink markings across the checklist boxes on both the front and back. These prominent surface defects, while common for the era, strictly limit the technical grade regardless of the excellent corner and edge integrity.
Centering: 7 / 10
The front design is shifted toward the left and bottom edges, though borders remain clear on all sides.
Corners: 8 / 10
The Top Left corner shows a minor touch of whitening and very slight rounding. The other corners remain sharp.
Edges: 8 / 10
The back edges show very minor shelf wear and light toning consistent with its age.
Surface: 3 / 10
Front: The front surface features extensive ink markings where most of the checklist boxes have been filled in by a previous owner. Back: The back surface has prominent ink markings, including filled checkboxes and a hand-drawn circle around a player name.
