The front image is shifted toward the right and slightly toward the top.

Front: All four corners show moderate rounding and softening consistent with extensive handling. Back: The corners on the reverse side match the front, showing significant rounding at each point.
Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The right edge shows noticeable chipping, and there is general wear along the top and bottom borders. Back: Minor chipping and fraying are visible along all four edges on the reverse.
Surface: 1 / 10
There is a significant surface tear and paper loss at the bottom left corner near the card number. The checklist is also marked with red ink.
