A BOB WIESLER from the 1957 TOPPS set, card #126. This is a great addition to any WASHINGTON SENATORS collection.
Graded by Mint Condition: 4
This card presents excellent eye appeal with well-preserved surfaces and relatively sharp corners for the 1956 era. However, the final grade is primarily constrained by the heavy horizontal centering shift on the front.
Centering: 3 / 10
The front displays a heavy shift toward the right edge, resulting in a very thin right-side border.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The corners show light softening and very minor touches of wear, which is typical for a card of this age, but they remain generally well-defined. Back: Minor touches of wear and slight rounding are present at the corner tips upon close inspection.
Edges: 8 / 10
The edges are mostly clean, with the top edge showing the expected minor rough-cut texture characteristic of mid-1950s production.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface maintains excellent color vibrancy and clarity with no visible creases or significant scratches. Back: The grey cardstock is clean and free of any writing, stains, or significant surface disturbances.
