This card is in Poor to Fair condition due to severe structural issues. The multiple heavy creases crossing the player's face and the entire width of the card are the primary factors, compounded by extreme corner rounding and significant edge wear.

The front is shifted toward the left edge, creating an uneven horizontal frame.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners are heavily rounded with significant whitening and exposed card stock visible. Back: The back corners mirror the front with extreme rounding and loss of original shape.
Edges: 2 / 10
Front: The edges show heavy chipping and wear, especially along the Right edge where some paper lifting is present. Back: All edges on the reverse side show significant fraying and chipping consistent with heavy handling.
Surface: 1 / 10
Front: Multiple heavy horizontal creases span the width of the card, including a prominent crease across the player's eyes. Significant scuffing and loss of gloss are also evident. Back: The back surface shows deep creasing that corresponds with the front damage, along with noticeable toning and surface abrasions.
