This 1959 Topps Bobby Thomson card is in excellent condition. The primary factor limiting the grade is the vertical centering, which is shifted toward the top. The surface remains bright and the corners are quite sharp for a 60-year-old card, showing only the lightest touches of wear.

The front is shifted toward the top edge, resulting in a thicker bottom border.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: The Top Right and Bottom Right corners show very minor touches of wear and slight softening of the tips. Back: The corners on the reverse side show minor whitening consistent with natural shelf wear for a vintage card.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are generally sharp, with a minor rough-cut appearance typical of factory production from this era. Back: The back edges show very minor chipping, most notably along the top edge.
Surface: 9 / 10
The back surface is well-preserved with light, uniform age-toning.
