A BOBO NEWSOM from the 1960 FLEER BASEBALL GREATS set, card #70. This is a great addition to any BOSTON RED SOX collection.
Graded by Mint Condition: 6
While the corners, edges, and surfaces are exceptionally well-preserved and sharp for a vintage card, the final grade is limited by significant off-center alignment on both the front and reverse sides.
Centering: 6 / 10
Front centering is horizontally off-center, with the left border substantially wider than the right border.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: All four corners are exceptionally sharp for a vintage issue, displaying pristine tips with only microscopic wear. Back: All four corners are remarkably sharp and well-preserved, showing only tiny touches of microscopic wear.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are clean with slight factory cut roughness on the right edge. Back: The edges are highly intact with only very minor natural paper texture along the bottom edge.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The front surface is bright and clean with vibrant orange colors and no scratches or creases. Back: The reverse is clean and free of staining or writing, showing just light natural toning.
