This 1952 Bowman issue is in Very Good to Excellent condition. While the centering and surface are quite strong for the era, the grade is primarily limited by moderate rounding and wear across all four corners and light chipping along the edges.
Centering: 9 / 10
The front displays a slight horizontal shift toward the left and a vertical shift toward the top.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners show moderate rounding and visible whitening, typical of vintage card stock. Back: The corners on the back show rounding and wear consistent with the front of the card.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: The edges exhibit light chipping and general roughness throughout, particularly visible on the right edge. Back: Minor chipping and shelf wear are present along all four edges of the reverse side.
Surface: 8 / 10
Front: The surface is well-preserved for its age, showing only minor print spots and no evidence of creasing. Back: The back surface shows natural age-toning and a few small spots, but remains clean and legible.
