The primary factors for this assessment are a significant horizontal crease across the main image and heavily rounded corners. Additionally, the card was manufactured with a severe right-side centering shift that results in a nearly absent border.

Front: All four corners exhibit significant rounding and softening, with the Top Right and Bottom Right corners being the most impacted. Back: The reverse corners mirror the wear seen on the front, showing heavy rounding and visible card stock exposure.
Edges: 4 / 10
Front: Moderate chipping and fraying are evident along all four edges, particularly along the top and right perimeters. Back: The edges show chipping and minor paper loss consistent with vintage card stock of this era.
Surface: 2 / 10
A prominent horizontal crease is visible running across the center of the image. There is also general surface wear and minor ink loss throughout.
