This card is in Excellent-Mint to Near-Mint condition. The primary factors limiting the grade are the vertical centering and the consistent but minor wear seen on all four corners.

The front horizontal centering is excellent, but the top border is notably thinner than the bottom.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: Each of the four corners shows a minor touch of wear and slight rounding, common for cards of this era. Back: All corners on the reverse show minor whitening and softening at the tips.
Edges: 7 / 10
There is minor chipping visible along the Top edge and the upper portion of the Left edge.
Surface: 9 / 10
The front surface is very clean with no creases; a few tiny print dots are visible in the background areas.
