While the card's surface, corners, and edges are in exceptional condition for a vintage 1969 issue, the final grade is heavily constrained by the severe horizontal centering on the front. The right border is extremely narrow, which limits the technical grade regardless of the high quality of the other attributes.

Centering: 3 / 10
The front displays a very significant shift toward the right edge, resulting in a very thin right border. The vertical centering is also moderately off, shifted toward the top.

Corners: 7 / 10
The corners on the reverse show minor touches and very faint whitening, most notably at the Bottom Left corner.

Edges: 8 / 10
The reverse edges show a few minor instances of white chipping, particularly along the bottom edge.

Surface: 8 / 10
The back surface is largely clean, though there are a few very faint spots of discoloration consistent with its age.
