This 1972 Topps rookie card is in excellent condition. While there are minor touches of whitening on the corners and a slight left-heavy horizontal shift on the front, the card's surfaces and edges are exceptionally well-preserved for a vintage piece.

The front horizontal centering is shifted toward the left border, while the vertical alignment is centered.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: The Top Left and Top Right corners show minor touches of whitening. The bottom corners appear sharp. Back: Light whitening is visible on all four corner tips, which is expected for card stock of this age.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The edges are exceptionally clean, displaying only the minor factory roughness typical of the 1972 Topps set. Back: The reverse edges are smooth and free of any significant chipping or shelf wear.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The surface is remarkably clean with deep color saturation and no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The back surface is pristine, with no signs of wax staining or other common vintage issues.
