This is a high-grade vintage example that is limited primarily by its horizontal centering. While the card stock and surface are in exceptional condition for 1971, the 35/65 left-to-right shift and minor corner touches result in a final assessment of Near Mint-Mint.

The front has a clear left-heavy horizontal alignment, though the vertical centering is excellent.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The Top Right and Top Left corners show very minor touches of micro-fuzzing typical of the era. The bottom corners remain sharp. Back: The corners on the reverse side show slight softening consistent with the front.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The edges are remarkably clean for a 1971 issue, showing almost no chipping or fraying. Back: The edges on the back are straight and well-defined.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The print quality is strong with vibrant colors and no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The back surface is clean with no staining or marks.
