The grade is primarily governed by significant physical wear, specifically multiple creases on the front surface and a heavy fold in the Top Right corner. While the front centering is quite good for a 1964 issue, the structural integrity of the card stock is compromised by these creases and rounded corners.

Front: The front centering is well-maintained, showing only minor shifts to the right and bottom. Back: The reverse side is significantly misaligned, with the top border being much narrower than the bottom.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: A heavy diagonal fold is present in the Top Right corner. The Bottom Left and Bottom Right corners show moderate rounding and whitening of the card stock. Back: The Top Left corner (reverse of the front fold) shows severe stress and surface wear. Other corners exhibit typical rounding for a card of this age.
Edges: 4 / 10
Chipping and minor fraying are visible along the top and right edges. A horizontal crease breaks through the left edge near the center.
Surface: 2 / 10
Multiple creases are present, including a significant horizontal crease on the left and a heavy fold at the Top Right. Light scuffing is visible in the blue background area.
