The final grade is primarily limited by a heavy horizontal crease that spans the width of the card. Additionally, the corners and edges show moderate wear consistent with a well-circulated vintage piece, and the back centering is severely misaligned.

Front: The front displays a moderate leftward shift and a subtle upward bias. Back: The back centering is significantly off, particularly the vertical alignment which is heavily shifted toward the top edge.
Corners: 4 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit moderate rounding and visible whitening, with the Bottom Right corner showing the most significant wear. Back: The back corners mirror the front with consistent rounding and stock exposure at each point.
Edges: 4 / 10
The edges show moderate wear and chipping consistent with vintage card stock, particularly along the Bottom edge.
Surface: 2 / 10
Front: A prominent horizontal crease runs across the center of the card, crossing through the player's jersey and background. Numerous small surface indentations and print marks are also present. Back: The horizontal crease from the front is clearly visible through the center of the back, along with some light staining and general surface wear.
