The final grade is primarily determined by the presence of a central vertical crease and heavy rounding on the corners. While the centering is respectable for a 1960s vintage issue, the accumulated physical wear to the surface and corners places this card in the lower condition bracket.

The top border is visibly thinner than the bottom border, resulting in a moderate vertical shift.
Corners: 2 / 10
The Top Left corner shows heavy rounding and significant whitening. Moderate rounding is visible on the remaining three corners.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: The Right edge exhibits visible chipping and minor fraying. The other edges show scattered instances of white chipping. Back: Chipping and noticeable edge wear are present along all four sides, most prominent on the Top edge.
Surface: 2 / 10
Front: A vertical crease is visible running through the center of the card. Significant scuffing and surface wear are evident across the yellow background and the player's jersey. Back: The central vertical crease from the front is evident on the reverse. The back also shows general scuffing and age-related toning.
