A light surface crease along the right edge of the reverse, combined with heavy off-centering on the back, limits the overall grade. The front displays well with minor edge chipping and corner softening typical for this vintage issue.

Front: Front borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected. Back: Back borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected.
Corners: 2 / 10
Bottom Left corner shows noticeable wear and a small crease-like soft spot, while the remaining corners show only light softening at the tips.
Edges: 7 / 10
Front: The left edge shows moderate paper wear and chipping just above the bottom-left corner. Back: All four reverse edges show minor vintage chipping and a standard rough factory cut.
Surface: 5 / 10
A light surface crease is visible running along the right side of the reverse card stock.
