This vintage 1940 issue presents well but is limited by moderate rounding on all corners and visible fraying along the edges. The centering is exceptional for the era, and the surface is remarkably clean, free of any significant damage or creasing.

Front centering is slightly shifted toward the top and left but remains excellent for this era.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit moderate rounding consistent with its age, with the Bottom Left corner showing the most significant softening. Back: The corners on the reverse side show uniform rounding and softening, particularly along the bottom edge.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: Fraying and light chipping are evident along all four edges, most noticeably on the Right edge. Back: The edges show consistent wear and light fraying, which is typical for a card of this vintage.
Surface: 8 / 10
Front: The surface maintains a pleasing appearance with only minor age-related toning and no prominent creases or scratches. Back: The back displays uniform toning with no evidence of ink marks or staining.
