Back: The back centering is slightly off toward the top and left. Corners: 2 / 10 Front: All four corners exhibit significant rounding and softening with heavy wear to the paper stock. Back: The corners on the back show heavy fraying and loss of sharpness, consistent with the front. Edges: 2 / 10 Front: Significant chipping and fraying are present along all four edges, with a small tear visible on the right edge. Back: The edges show heavy wear and minor paper loss, particularly along the left side where a tear is evident. Surface: 1 / 10 Front: The surface is heavily marked with ink across the checklist boxes and features additional handwritten ink at the top.
