This vintage card presents in Very Good to Excellent condition. While the centering is off, the final grade is primarily limited by the moderate rounding of the corners and noticeable edge chipping on the reverse.

The front design is shifted toward the bottom and left edges.
Corners: 3 / 10
The corners on the reverse exhibit rounding and visible whitening at the tips.
Edges: 4 / 10
Significant chipping is present along the top and right edges where the red ink meets the cut.
Surface: 5 / 10
Several small dark spots and minor surface scuffing are visible on the yellow background and the player's jersey.
