The grade is primarily limited to a 5 due to a light vertical crease on the upper right reverse surface. Additionally, the card exhibits moderate rounding on all four corners and a noticeable left-heavy centering shift on the front.

Front: Bottom Left corner shows the heaviest wear with moderate softening and rounding. Back: Bottom Left corner shows noticeable rounding and minor paper fiber wear.

Top edge shows the most wear with moderate chipping and fiber wear.

The top right section of the reverse shows a light vertical crease and minor surface scratching.
