This vintage hockey card shows significant signs of wear consistent with its age. Major corner rounding and noticeable edge chipping are the primary factors in the assessment, combined with a significant leftward centering shift and light surface wrinkling.

The front horizontal centering is noticeably off-center to the left, while the vertical centering is excellent.
Corners: 2 / 10
All four corners show major rounding and significant wear, particularly at the Top Left and Top Right points.
Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The edges show moderate chipping and fraying, with the Right edge displaying the most significant card stock exposure. Back: The back edges display regular wear and minor chipping along the red border sections.
Surface: 3 / 10
There are several light surface creases and numerous small scuffs visible across the yellow background and player image.
